and appliances are brand new. It is located in the very centre of Plovdiv some 200m from the Central Train Station and 200m away from Central Park, on the third floor of a residential building. It combines the rare chance to accommodate surrounded by comfort comparable to best hotel apartments, the privacy of private property and extremely central position.
The spacious apartment consists of two luxury bedrooms with double beds , spacious sitting room and dininig room equipped with Italian modern furniture, and kitchen compartment fit up by last Italian trends including all needed appliances and kitchen sets. The apartment is supplied with three air conditioners, cable TV, fridge, microwave oven, hotplates, oven, coffee machine, toaster, iron and ironing board etc. For cases of emergency lack of central hot water we have equipped the bathroom and the kitchen with additional boilers.
