Description of objectOur beautifully appointed apartment is located in the Centre of Playa del Ingles in Gran Canaria. The shopping center CITA is just 50 metres walking. Yumbo and the dunes about 10 minutes walking. Although the complex is so centrally situated our apartment is located in a quiet area with no noise.A German bakery, German butchers, pizzeria and two supermarkets are located just a few metres away. The complex has a nice quiet tropical garden, tennis court and the large outdoor swimming pool was recently renovated. There is a large sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The apartment is located on the second floor (both with stairs as elevator to reach). It is a fully furnished apartment and is privately owned. The apartment is equipped with a separate bedroom with 2 x 1 pers. beds, and closet, bathroom with shower and laundry facilities, spacious kitchen with appliances. Comfortably furnished living room. The balcony with sitting area overlooking the tropical garden is to close with a window and can be opened completely. The apartment has a stereo system, satellite TV, a safe and a lot of storing space. This is why our home also is well suited for a longer comfortable stay. (Bad)Towels available.
