The apartment is located in residential green quiet place, 200 mt from the beach, Pizzerias, restaurants, Bars, food market are all around. The proposed prices are very competitive, considering the good quality of the proposed residence. My guests are all satisfied of the stay in my house. Neighbour Roseto degli Abruzzi and its splendid beach attainable with the bike because the distance is 2 km. Neighbour Pineto and its wonderful beach and pines attainable with the car because the distance is 5 km.
