Description of objectThe second outbuilding is comprised of two apartments: the Melo (57sqm 3 pax) and the Fior di Pesco (44sqm 2 pax). Both the apartment, that can be linked, have a trellis terrace beside the garden where in the summer is possible to eat.
The first apartment, the Melo, is composed of a large living room with fireplace and kitchen (complete with refrigerator, electric oven and dishwasher), and by the sleeping area, made up of a bathroom with shower, a small bedroom and a double bedroom.
Location of objectThe property stay in a proximity of a provincial road that permit to reach all tuscan and umbrian cities like Assisi, only 25 minutes away by car, or cities of art including Todi, Spoleto, Spello, Gubbio, Cittą di Castello, Arezzo, Siena, Cortona, and Cittą della Pieve. Rome is an hour and a half away by train from Perugia’s Fontivegge station, as is Florence.
There are 2 golf courses near the country-house: the golf club of S. Sabina, 6 kilometres away, and the Golf club Lamborghini, at 20 kilometres. A supermarket, bakery and news-stand are only a few minutes away by car.
