Description of object A family villa in three levels with superb view of the sea, Antiparos and the sunset, 500m from the sea, 8km from Parikia and 10km from the airport. It is located on the slope of the hill, in a unique small residential area, outside the city of Parikia, quiet and resort area with private multinationally owned houses.
On the ground floor there are two guest houses of 45 sq.m. each that consist of
1 bedroom, a living with kitchenette/dining and a bathroom. On the same level is the garden, the swimming pool, the pergola and the parking area.
On the second level is the mainhouse consisting of the living area with an open fireplace, dinning area, a kitchen, a bathroom, one bedroom, a laundry room and big verandas with pergola all around and a bbq. An interior staircase leads to the third level where there is a bedroom, a study room with open fireplace, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a hall as well as verandas with fantastic view to the sea, Antiparos and the sunset. There is an exterior staircase that gives the possibility to use the upper level of the maisonette independently as an autonomous apartment, since there is an entrance door and a door on the top of the internal staircase that isolates this part of the maisonette
The villa can be rented either as a whole or separately as four apartments, independently.
Location of objectPounta is only ten minutes drive from the Parikia port and also from the airport. One can find nice tavernas and cafeterias and also mini market and kiosks.
