Stunning, sun drenched location close to golf facilities, water parks, spa and skiing resorts. Just minutes from Podcetrtek and Olimje with all amenities. Ideal base for travel with easy road access to surrounding countries of Croatia, Austria, Hungary and Italy.Our recently completed holiday home has been purpose built to the highest of standards for security and comfort and is located in the picture postcard world of the Kosjanski Park, one of Slovenia's and Europe's most important regions of natural beauty. Set on a headland overlooking the park, the apartment is just minutes from Podcetrtek and Olimje, an inspiring and fascinating haven visited by tourists from all over Europe and America. As well as the many attractions on the doorstep the apartment also provides an ideal base for exploring further afield including neighbouring Croatia. In addition to the many summer activities including walking, climbing, biking, swimming, golf and general outdoor pursuits, the apartment is also extremely well positioned for skiing in the winter with the resorts of Maribor, Celje and Rogla within an hours drive. The main attraction of the region is the thermal resort of Olimia bringing tens of thousands of visitors each year.

Town: Slovenia, Podcetrtek, OlimjeThe apartment is set in 2000 square meters of former vineyard and is surrounded by private lawns with parking for up to 3 cars The property faces due south and is bathed in sunshine from morning until night with spectacular views of sunrise and sunset As well as open areas of garden the property also has a large elevated terrace with patio furniture making it ideal for sunbathing and outdoor dining Dotted around the immediate vicinity are local wine producers making vino in traditional waysThe apartment is situated less than 5 minutes by car from the local golf club Amon Golf voted the friendliest in Slovenia. It is a 9 hole course set in beautiful countryside and with a fabulous restaurant. For those requiring a more rigorous test then the 18 hole course at Mokrice Castle a half hour drive away should satisfy the most demanding player. A full set of ladies and gents golf clubs complete with carts are available for use by guests at the apartment.
