Description of objectIn the Fabron district in the lovely city of Nice you’ll find this cozy and calm residency with a common pool and tennis court. You park your car in the garage and without having to walk a single stair you catch the elevator to the top floor which is where you will be staying for the upcoming days. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons, it’s 93 square meters and boosts a gorgeous 70 square meter private terrace with dinner table for 6, sun beds for lazy afternoons and a magnificent view of the Mediterranean and the bay around Nice. The living room is 30 square meters, charmingly decorated with a dinner table for 8 and a sofa bed that folds out to a bed for two. Two bedrooms one with a double bed, one with a sofa ded that sleeps 2. One bedroom has a balcony. 2 bathrooms, one with a laundry machine. Private fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD, ADSL, mobile fan. 5km to the airport, 4 km to Old town, 2,5 km to the beach. Buss stop 100m from the apartment and the bus runs until 7 pm. Grocery store, post, bank, pharmacy etc 1 km. No smoking in the apartment, no pets! Quiet between 10pm to 7 am. There are some special rules around the pool, no shoes, toys or glasses.
