The apartment is about 200m from the Salle Stravinsky, which is the heart of the Jazz Festival. The apartment is on the lakeside road so there is immediate access to the lakeside walk and pathway to the town centre.
There are bus stops about 50m from the apartment and the Riviera Card (included with the tourist tax) gives free rides on the local transport system.
Montreux station is about 10 minutes away on foot and has two trains per hour to Geneva Airport.
Montreux is world famous for its Jazz Festival and numerous other concerts cultural events throughout the year. The Christmas market is also worth a visit.
The town pays special attention to its beautiful lakeside walk which has an ever changing seasonal display of flowers and real palm trees that grow naturally in the warm micro-climate.
The Swiss Hotel School is nearby and means that the pubs & bars are always buzzing with activity even in low season.
