The Museo Amano has a good collection of textiles, mainly from the Chancay culture.
Miraflores' only important mansion open to the public is the Casa de Ricardo Palma, at General Suarez where Palma, probably Peru's greatest historian, lived for most of his life. .Worth visiting also in Miraflores is the Parque del Amor, which features a prominent statue of two lovers in a passionate embrace.
