This condo is located on the 7th floor of a brand new Building which has just been finished in the beautiful district of Miraflores at the border to Barranco. It has features such as a double height entrance hall, 24 hour security (reception desk), personal secured underground parking space inside the building, multiple elevators and a great location with stunning views - also pretty much all amenities you could think of are nearby within walking distance, i.e. public parks, restaurants, clubs, casinos, the Pacific Ocean, shopping malls etc.

Brand new 80m² (860 Ft²) condo, fully furnished with new select modern/contemporary designer furniture, all new appliances - floor to ceiling windows for great views of the Pacific Ocean and plenty of daylight

Ample kitchen with counter and brand new appliances (no money has been spared)

2 bedrooms, one with a spectacular queen sized bed and one with two single beds (all matresses are custom/hand made), both featuring direct Pacific Ocean views!

2.5 bathrooms, one equipped with a tub, one with a shower and one WC for guests

The introductory rate for this condo is $525/week + $30 (final cleaning) including fresh linens and towels, cable TV with many english channels, free WiFi Internet connectivity, 24 hour security, secure subterranean parking (best spot in the whole garage!), all utilities and taxes.

Discounts are available for stays with a duration longer than 3 weeks. Minimum stay is 1 week as with all of our apartments. Booking early is very advisable.
