Tastefully decorated with oriental style finishings (doors, ceilings, shower room), fully equipped open-plan kitchen, marble bath with zellige (moroccan tiles), real king-size orthopaedic bed (1,80 x 2,00 m), 2 sofa-beds in living room (1,10 X 1,90 m & 0,70 X 2,00 m), satellite LCD tv, furnished balcony with open view of the city, hills and sunset.
Quietly located in a side street but very central close to all conveniencies.
Location of objectOnly 5 min by taxi or local bus to the famous El Fna Square and Medina or on a 25 min. leisurly walk along av. Mohammed V. TOP CENTRAL LOCATION in Gueliz, the modern part, just 50 meters behind Av. Mohammed V with many local and int'l restaurants, cafes, night-clubs, shops round the corner. Acima Supermarket on Khattabi avenue and cheap restaurants in Rue Ibn Aicha are 50 meters away. The nice Majorelle Gardens are only a 1,5 km walk away.
