Description of objectOur recently built luxury apartment is located in the fabulous Marina d'Or holiday resort at Oropesa del Mar, approximately 45 mins drive north of Valencia airport. On the first floor overlooking the pool, the apartment comprises lounge/diner, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, en-suite bathroom, second bathroom, a spacious terrace and underground car parking. The kitchen is complete with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. There is heating and air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom. A fan and electric heater are provided in the second bedroom. The apartment also has a DVD player and satellite television. There is a lift to all floors. The enclosed communal pool (June to September) has a separate children's pool and toilet facilities. There is also a children's play area at ground level. The apartment is located in a quiet position with the beach only 250m away and all the other resort attractions are within a 10 mins walk.
Location of objectThe Marina d'Or holiday resort is located on the outskirts of Oropesa del Mar in the province of Castellon. This typical Mediterranean seaside town is known for its beaches of white sand, coves and cliffs, the marina, and picturesque old town with its bars and nightlife. There are many things to do and many places to visit nearby.
