Basement apartment. The entrance is on nice living room and a little kitchen, TV (sat). Very close to the sea: just walk around the house you will see it.

SO CLOSE TO THE SEA. The Mini Capo beach is 50 mt far. You can ear surfers during their surfing time: just walk around the house (20 mt.)and enjoy the sea in front of you. If you are a surfer then is perfect: wake-up take your board and walk few seconds to reach your best waves!

Mandriola is a small holidays place. Pretty live in summer, completely relaxing from september to june. You need a car to move a little bit.
