The building is one of the best apartment complexes building in São Vicente. It has a lovely ocean view. If you must must work during your stay, this location allows you the perfect opportunity to take your work down to the beach to have a lovely swim or relax on the beach at any time of day. The apartment is on the right front corner (DF) on the 6th floor. There is a standby elevator (lift) available. Transport There are buses going all around Mindelo for the price of 35 cents. Hiring a taxi within Mindelo is less than 2 euros. Security: There is 24h security on the premise of Copacabana. Direct flights: The international airport in Sao Vicente is ready for international direct flights from various countries and many others to be announced shortly. Locations: Located in the historic centre of Mindelo, in the charming neighborhood of Laginha, with a splendid panoramic view of Mindelo Bay. Situated within walking distance of shopping areas as well as great restaurants with a friendly and local traditional atmosphere, such as Morabeza Resturant, or Ponte D'Agua bar/pool/restaurant resort. Also a walking distance from the Mindelo Yatch marina. Mindelo is a fantastic city being the cultural capital of Cape Verde. Music and arts dominate the culture and are very evident across the city. Sao Vincente plays host to the annual 'Carnival' and also the increasingly cosmopolitan music festival (which takes place on the beach at Baia das Gatas) Damages Deposit: On checking in we collect a Security Deposit of 100 Euros, as a guarantee on damages.
