Description of objecta large loft space area of about 70 square meters. It is tilled throughout and has a dining / living area, a sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. It has verandas with great views of the sea or the mountains. It is designed to accommodate a couple or at maximum four guests
Location of objectOur vacation home is on a waterfront lot. There are a series of vacation houses on this lot, starting from the sea, and ending at ours. The loft is located there. Beyond our house and until Poseidonos Blvd there is a garden and open space. This area is about 4000 square meters. So even though it is in a central location, by the way it is set back, our Loutraki home is a nice quiet spot. We recently constructed this home for our family and our friends. There are many larger and smaller areas, verandas, small gardens and indoor and outdoor patios, for everyone in a larger group to enjoy each other’s company, but also have their more intimate spaces.
