Description of object“Casa Katja” is located high on a hilltop near Loulé with an amazing panoramic view over the extensive, beautiful garden and the surrounding countryside down to the Atlantic Ocean. The holiday apartment is on the 1st floor with a floor area of about 160m˛. Its star attraction is the lounge combined with a fully equipped open plan American kitchen. Casa Katja is decorated partly antique, partly modern, a very stylish, harmonic potpourri. From the sofa in front of the elegant covered fireplace you have fantastic panoramic views out of 3! wide window fronts. The exterior of the park-like garden is well worth a mention, it is impressive to walk through - here the gentle owners fulfilled their dream of a garden with labyrinths, quite a lot of different bushes and individual peaceful places to rest and enjoy – just to linger. A small temple here, a little romantic pond with colourful fish there, crossing a small wooden bridge, several look-out points, all surrounded by exciting vegetation, and the giant private pool, welcome you to C.K.! The owners live on the ground floor and guarantee your privacy. A separate entrance leads you upstairs. Casa Katja is a perfect place for couples e.g. for your honeymoon... a Villa with extraordinary ambience!
