Description of objectSpacious penthouse apartment equipped & furnished to a very high standard, overlooking a lovely garden complex with communal swimming pools (children's section). Having a large private roof terrace complete with sun lounger's, table & chairs for 6, BBQ, shower. The apartment is 10 mins from Murcia airport & 45 minutes from Alicante airport, both serviced by low cost airlines.

It is also known as the Costa Calida (warm coast) because the area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. The resort is on the edge of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lake separated from the Mediterranean Sea by strip of land called La Manga. There is a great choice of bars, cafes and restaurants and these are within walking distance from the apartment.
The Mar Menor is warm, calm and shallow and is ideal for bathers and water sports enthusiasts. Market days are on Tuesday and here you can buy clothes, fruit and vegetables.
The regional capital of Murcia is just 25 minutes by car and the cathedral there is worth visiting. Just 15 mins away is the Roman city of Cartagena which has a number of tourist attractions. The famous La Manga golf and sports complex is a 15 min drive away.
