New, roomy, sunny, modern, clean place. Great location, 3 km from the city-center, food store in front of the building. Come and visit Slovenia!

If you find our price-list acceptable and you don't look for accomodation in the noisy city-centre, we assure you that we and our apartment won't let you down.

We find testemonials about accommodations very important for you - potential renter. They can give you most realistic opinion about 'the' place. ALL our guests are pleased with our service and most of them wrote their positive comments in our guest-book.

Best points:
- completely renovated (opened in October 2007)
- ideally located

- place for up to 7 people (5 beds, 2 sleep on couch)
- public parking is safe and free
- special prices in Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May (85 EUR/night/5 people)
- prices depend on number of renters and length of stay
- apartment is siutable for singles, couples, seniors, bussines men (we had guests who arranged bussines meetings in the living room) and also for bigger groups, family, friends and solos, who need more space :-)
- we are confident you won't find such a place for 7 people ANYWHERE in Ljubljana (youth hostel is more expensive than our place when you have all privacy you need)
- internet acces is really useful if you want to work at evenings or plan your next day. Computer provided!

Location of object

- 3 kilometers from the city centre
- 5 to 10 kilometres of the driving distance around the Ljubljana ring from the north and south shopping centres (BTC City and Rudnik)
- only 3 kilometres from the Gorenjska highway heading north to the Austria and Italy and Slovenian Alps with some of the Slovenian most scenic places, Bled, Bohinj and ski areas
- Near the Bakery Lev (Lion), open daily from 6 am to 10 pm
- 150 meters from the bus station to the city centre (Line No. 1 is the most frequent bus line in Ljubljana; it takes you 10-15 minutes by bus to the city centre)
- 200 meters from the McDonalds and from the nearest pizzeria - near the major food markets Marcator, Hofer, Spar and Tuš for those who will use the supplied kitchen appliances.

Ljubljana is a delightful, small city situated around a lovely river. Jugglers, street musicians and friends rendezvous at outdoor cafés clustered throughout the gently pulsing city. Smiles, banter and whiffs of food from sidewalk restaurants swirl through the air. Red tiled roofs, spirals and baroque churches all culminate in a lovely fortress perched atop a hill overlooking the small streets filled with medieval, baroque and Art Nouveau buildings. The city is clean, accessible and friendly. On a sunny day, the streets and sidewalks are bustling with people of all ages. There is a fresh, young vibrancy in the air, people travel on bicycles, lounge around at cafés sipping coffee, dining on the edge of the river enjoying the healthy quality of life.

Sun and the City Ap. is located: - 3 km from the centre of Ljubljana where you can go for a walk through historic city centre, visit food market, go sightseeing of architectural and historical buildings, churches, bridges, castle or just enjoy coffee or glass of beer in one of many bars and pubs along the river Ljubljanica - close to the Ljubljana highway ring, heading one way to Primorska (Slovenian small, but nice coast) and Dolenjska and the other way to Štajerska and Prekmurje.

Additional Information

This apartment is in 9th floor in 10 floor building.

When you enter, hall welcomes you and offers you sleepers and coat hangers.

The hall ends with the computer corner for all you who cannot endure without your e-friends, PC, email, internet and more.

The soul of the apartment are spacious and open daily area, dressed in sunny and eternally warm colours connected with functional kitchen, immense dinner table and bright living room. You won't sit on a floor but on a cosy couch or in bright red armchair. At the same time the company around dinner table can undisturbed chitchat.

Everything except bathroom was during Spring and Summer 2007 renovated. But the bathroom was still in a very good shape. Bathroom's neighbour is toilet (my wife is very proud of it :-)), so that in full capacity there won't be crowdy in the morning.

There are 2 bedrooms. In small one (green) there is one double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. In the large orange bedroom we put one queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and one single bed (90 x 200 cm). Of course we didn't forget to put in one big wardrobe with sliding doors and commode. For groups of seven (7) people we have one double spare bed in a living room.
