Description of objectThis beautiful maisonette is equipped with anything you might need for a convenient and enjoyable vacation. In the lower part you find the kitchen, guest-lavatory, living room and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a big gas-stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, silverware, pots and pans and a table with room for 4 - 5 people. Next to the kitchen are the lavatory and the living room, where you find sofas, a table and a small stereo. The dining area has a round table with 6 chairs (combined with the kitchen chairs you can sit there with even more people) and a glass cabinett.
In the upper part of the maisonette you find the master-bedroom with a queensize bed (if necessary, a childbed can be provided). There are enough shelves and drawers for clothes. Shelves, drawers and a single bed are in the second bedroom. Here also a second bed can be provided. This room has direct connection to a bathroom with shower. You enter the main bathroom (with a small tub) from the corridor.
If you like to enjoy a beautiful view over the city, you should take up the stairs to the large terrace on the roof. There you also have the opportunity for a barbecue (in consent with the inhabitants).
Location of objectThe maisonette is located in a secured area directly at the 'Universitaria', a big street where you can reach a bakery, pharmacy, internet-café (if you haven't got a laptop - internet is available in the apartment), hairdresser's and more for your daily needs by foot. Only 10 meters from the maisonette there's a little grocery store. If necessary, you find a doctor in the building.
Plaza San Miguel (a shopping center) is 10 minutes away by foot, by car only 2 minutes. You reach the airport within 25 minutes by car. 10 - 15 minutes away there is Miraflores, a very nice area in Lima. In Miraflores you find 'Larcomar' - well-known for its shopping and entertainment possibilities. From there you have a beautiful view over Lima's long beach.
It takes around 25 minutes to get to the city center of Lima. There you see the Cathedral, the President's Palace and much more.
