Description of objectThe apartment is located in a two-family house on the first floor right on the lake (8m). Garage and mooring directly in front of the house.The equipment: about 45 sq. ft. landscaped terrace to the lake (south-west) aligned, from here you can watch the bustle of the promenade and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake - or just let the soul dangle and in the Sun chillout. You have from morning until late afternoon sunshine, you can relax on the comfortable sun loungers. To whom it should be sunny, which can be found under the awning protection from the sun. In the evening you can enjoy the romantic atmosphere on 'Gulf since Lenno' on the terrace or in a part of the excellent local restaurants, from gourmet guides (list will be sent on request). The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and provided with bedding German standards (single bed covers and two pillows). The Soggiorno has 2 sofa beds (2 extra bunks, comfortable even for adults) equipped) and is equipped with flat screen TV with satellite dish (German channels), DVD/CD- player and small stereo.
