The apartments are situated on the edge of the village in a semi-rural location. They are built on former olive terraces. It is a 15 minute drive to lovely sandy beaches. Supermarkets/petrol are located at a similar distance. Lovely river swimming is found in the Asco about 20 minutes drive. The spectacular and wild mountains of central Corsica are readily accessible by car.

Lama is a pictoresque and historic hill village with medieval alleyways and buildings. It overlooks the Ostriconi Valley with views to the sea. It is famed for its annual festival of world cinema which takes place the first week of August. Lovely hiking trails begin from the village. There are restaurants and bars, a post office and bread is delivered daily. There is also a municipal swimming pool, tennis courts and an information centre with computer/WIFI access.
