The building is situated in beautiful, well-maintained gardens, including magnificent palm trees and bouganvilleas, with a large swimming pool and sunbathing area. Sun-loungers are provided.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area, set back from the coast road but within easy, flat, walking distance of the beach (3-4 minutes), shops, harbour, cultural sites, restaurants and nightlife (10 minutes). There are large beach hotels, such as the Alexander the Great, nearby, which make the apartment excellent for wedding guests. This complex is nearer to the sea than Paradise Gardens or the 'Universal Area' and is situated on the sea side of the coastal relief road.
Town: Cyprus, Kato, Kato PaphosPaphos has the best climate on Cyprus: mild in winter (16-20 degrees C) and cooled by sea-breezes in summer. In spring the hillsides are covered with a golden carpet of wild flowers. Paphos is also an ideal location for visiting the Akamas Nature Reserve, a multitude of historical sites, including the World Heritage Tombs of the Kings, the Troodos Mountains and other parts of the island.
