Description of objectApartments Penic offers you 3 bedrooms ( 6 +2 beds ), kitchen and shower room, balcony with sea view, TV/SAT, air conditioning, 250 m from beach, 20 km from Split, 6 km from UNESCO\'s town Trogir, 1 km from airport.Apartments are situated near the Hotel Resnik where you have lots of sporting facilities such as tennis, football, basketball. On the beautiful beaches you can windsurf, take a ride with a gondola, and on the local hills you can ride a bicycle in the beautiful Mediterranean nature, with lots of olive trees or cherry trees. 4 km from Apartments you can visit a bird reserve called Pantan, and on the island of Ciovo, 10 km from our apartment you can visit many beautiful beaches. Apartment\'s Penic is a great place for families, younger or older people to have a nice holiday. Location of objectApartments Penic are situated in Dalmatia, Croatia, Kastel Stafilic.If you go by Zagreb - Split highway A1, then turn over on the exit Prgomet/Kastela, and folow the signs to the airport. 1 km from the airport you will see the sign Hotel Adria on the right,turn over in the first street after that sign and in the street M. Radeljkovica 7 is our place Town: Croatia, Trogir, KastelaThe town of Ka¨tela is located on the coast of the Bay of Ka¨tela. It has over 40 000 inhabitants, and it is the second largest town in the Split and Dalmatia County. It stretches over the length of 17 kilometers.Our town is specific because of the fact that it developed around 7 settlements (Ka¨tel ¦tafilić, Ka¨tel Novi, Ka¨tel Stari, Ka¨tel Luk¨ić, Ka¨tel Kambelovac, Ka¨tel Gomilica and Ka¨tel Sućurac) or around castles. Each village has its own particularity merged into character of this part of Mediterranean. The western part of the town is more tourism- oriented. This is the area with most accommodation capacities: tourist apartments, rooms, camps and hotels. There is a newly built Marina Ka¨tela in Ka¨tel Gomilica capable to accommodate large number of private and charter boats. Ka¨tela is of the places with the best traffic infrastructure. We have an international airport Split – Ka¨tela, a railway station at Ka¨tel Stari, and access to Split – Zagreb highway at Prgomet and Vučevica. There are many organizations and institutions which enrich cultural life of the town throughout the year. The Museum of the town of Ka¨tela found its place in the Vitturi castle, and an exhibition room in onetime bishop’s summer residence in Ka¨tel Sućurac . In February, traditional carnival festivities are held in Ka¨tel Sućurac, Ka¨tel Kambelovac and especially in Lower Ka¨tela (¦tafilić, Novi, Stari) with tradition over 150 years long. Every year from July 1 – August 31 the”Ka¨tela Cultural Summer” takes place. There are over 60 exhibitions, theatre shows, pop and classical music concerts, folklore, sport events and festivities (fishermen’s, hunters’, mountaineers’). Events are held at the most attractive places at the historic centers, castles and by the sea. We especially highlight the “Evenings of Dalmatian Songs” held every July in Ka¨tel Kambelovac. Traditional a cappella singing arranged in modern or traditional manner is cherished there.
