This very large luxury apartment, 156 m2, offers an ultimate vacation in paradise for a very reasonable price, which is perfect for a family. Although the property owns two bedrooms, there are a fold-out bed a baby cot and high chair, which theoretically offers room for 6 people in total. This complex is situated within 5 minute walk from both the beach and Karon town’s center and a host of international restaurants, bars and world class resorts.
The property provides two bedrooms with very generous built-in wardrobes in each room. The master bedroom and the second bedroom is equipped with a large king-size double-beds. Two bathrooms - one with a bath tub, a lounge, dining and kitchen fitted with a variety of modern appliances.
The open-plan area consists of a lounge and dining room, fully-furnished with exquisite fixtures and fittings such as a comfortable settee, coffee table, flat-screen 42” TV, DVD, satellite channels, Ipod/Iphone station, a dining table and floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the terrace offering amazing views from each part of the apartment.
There are 2 balconies in total and an east facing terrace that overlooks the communal swimming pool. The two balconies showcase partial sea-views, while also overlooking a nearby lake and the luscious surrounding jungle vegetation within total privacy.
The apartment is positioned on the corner on the 2nd floor of the complex (consists of 24 apartments), so you can be assured the views are panoramic and very picturesque.
