Location of objectThis new apartment complex is situated around 350 metres to the Sandy beach of Javea. There is a marina for a small day boat or jet ski within metres of the apartment. Tennis facilities are available at Javea's Tennis Club wich is next to the complex. Javea or Xabia (as known in Valencian) is in a bay located between two points, the La Nao Cape and the San Antonio Cape. In all its extension and in each one of its three environments: the villa, the port and the sandy area, the population maintains a balance between the important traces of the civilisations that chose the area for a settlement, and the modernity of a contemporary tourist destination. In the old town are narrow streets of whitewashed houses with windows, stone doorways and balconies. The coastal district is made up of, beaches, coves and select housing estates, joined together by a string of viewing-points
Town: Spain, COSTA BLANCA, JaveaJavea has a lovely blue flag sandy beach, a good selection of bars restaurants and shops and although a cosmopolitan resort it still remains very Spanish without any high rise package tour hotels in sight. The apartment is situated in an ideal location, central but quiet with the Arenal beach in one direction and the bustling port in the other, both are within easy walking distance. It is a 1 hour drive from Alicante or Valencia airport. Javea is sheltered by Mount Mongo and enjoys a Mediterranean climate with cool sea breezes in the summer and mild temperatures in the winter. The region averages around 3,000 hours of sunshine a year (about 325 days per year) and the average temperature is over 20 degrees centigrade.
