Description of objectThe apartment Tihana, Stari Grad holiday, with the ground-plan of 80 square metres is located 100m away from the sea on the Northern side of the bay. It is situated at the same distance from the sports centre ( tennis courts, volley- ball playground, golf –course, football and basketball playgrounds, hotel swimming pools, nice beaches and 300m from the town centre. There is a grocery shop, pharmacy and the first- aid station close by (200m).Around our house there is a garden 1100m large. The apartment Tihana consists of 4 rooms: two spacious bedrooms, a twin bedded room, modern well equipped kitchen, living room with an extra double - bedded sofa and a modern bathroom with shower. All the rooms have balconies and air – conditioning. There is also a coffee appliance, a large refrigerator with freezer, electric stove, electric and gas cooker, two TV sets with satellite programs, hi-fi, fire-place available. The apartment Lovre, Stari Grad holiday, is an adjacent premise to the house, located on the ground -floor occupying the area of 35 square metres with a 20 square metre terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, completely equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin and WC, a living room with two extra beds if necessary. The apartment is completely new with air-conditioning, TV set and surrounded by an olive grove and a private plot of 500 square metres. There is a parking lot in the yard of the house. During your stay it is also possible to hire a boat, 5m. long. Special favourable offers for the guests in the period from 01.09. - 30.06. as follows: - All the guests staying in our apartments for at least 7 days in that period will have two bicycles at their disposal.. -All the guests staying in our apartments for at least 15 days in that period will have a boat 5m long at their disposal. ( navigation licence obligatory) We approve 10% discount for the stay longer than 15 days. Stari Grad is a town and harbour on the north-western part of the island of Hvar. As one civilization succeeded anather, it was followed by a Roman town and later by important early Christian and medieval foundations. Traces of the past cen be seen everywhere in the narrow streets and the surrounging fields laid out according to the ancient cadastre system that has been preserved to the present day. One can still imagine the sound of the chisels of the famous Dalmatian stone masons in the palace of the Renaissance poet, Petar Hektorovic, where it seems that time has stood still. The filds provided abundant food, the large bay assured protection. Nowadays, the bay shields the area from chilly north winds and evergreens from picturesgue settings for several hotels.
