Description of object

It is a new, modern and tastefully furnished, fully air conditioned one double bedroomed penthouse that has a high quality double sofa bed with a 'proper matress' in the lounge. It is in a quiet location and is only a few minutes walk from St Georges Bay and the Paceville entertainment area which includes a Multiplex Cinema and a Shopping Mall. The Portomaso Yacht Marina is nearby too.

The Penthouse is also just two minutes away from excellent Supermarkets with late and Sunday opening, a Fresh Fish Shop, Butcher's Shop, Fruit and Veg. Shop, Newsagent, Bank, Pharmacy, Dry-Cleaners, Hairstylist and a Bar.

The accommodation consists of one double bedroom, one bathroom and a separate kitchen next to a dining area and lounge. The apartment is very bright and spacious. Other facilities include cable TV and internet use can be pre-arranged. A telephone is also available by pre-paid card.

The terrace **which is not overlooked** is a very unique feature because it has two cl...early defined areas each one approx 12x12ft. One leading from a sliding door from the lounge into a private gazebo ideal for eating and relaxing out of direct sunlight and the other from the gazebo of course and a sliding door from the bedroom, that leads to a pair of sun loungers. A perfect and *private* place to top-up that tan!

The Penthouse is located in Ibrag, a desirable and quiet location and is only a few minutes walk away from St. Julians, St. Georges Bay, the Paceville entertainment area and Shopping Mall.

St Julians was primarily a fishing village. Whilst retaining its fishing traditions it has also developed into one of the Island's most popular resorts for night life and entertainment, whilst still retaining some of it's old dwellings and boat houses.

The bay still shelters numerous coloured Maltese boats that are berthed here all year long. St Julians derives it's name from the Patron Saint of hunters. St. Julians is a place for all ages and walks of life.

A foodpack will be provided on your arrival which includes bottled water, milk, bread, tea and coffee and a few other snacks. If you have any preferences please let me know.

If you decide to book, I normally require a 25% deposit by bank transfer (preferred), or personal cheque as soon as possible; the balance to be paid in cash on your arrival along with €200 (cash) damages deposit which will be returned to you in cash when you leave.

If you want to visit the 'Hypogeum' which is well worth a visit as it is a temple that pre-dates the Pyramids... you will need to book early (which means of course, well before you arrive!) and I can help you with those arrangements.
