A few hundred metres farther down the shore is the resort of Figueretas, which is next to Ibiza Town. Ibiza airport is 10 mins away. The local area has everything you need for a beach holiday and the proximity of Ibiza Town means that sightseeing in the Old Town, enjoying the pavement restaurants and browsing the shops are very easily done. On the beach next to the apartment is a jetty for the short ferry to Ibiza Town, and to Formentera which is a lovely 45-minute trip across the water. Taxis are easily found. Playa d en Bossa is the main beach resort with tens of restaurants and bars, beach clubs and dance clubs, including the world famous Space, and Bora Bora.
