Standard accommodation in a 3-room holiday apartment flat for rent in Nový Smokovec, situated in a very quiet locality just 350 m from ski-slopes with 3 ski-lifts for children and beginners (Ski-center Jakubkova luka - technical snow, ski-schools, ski-rentals, etc.) and only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Stary Smokovec!
The apartment is comfortably designed for 4 persons in a very family-friendly way. It consists of one large living room (complete with Sofa bed, dining table) and two bedrooms (double bed in each). Full gas central heating in the apartment.
All rooms are fully equipped with furniture. The apartment further includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub & WC, a south-overlooking balcony. Safe storage for your skis or bicycles in the basement.
It is a spacious and sunny apartment and has scenic view of the highest peaks of the High Tatras including the Gerlach-peak directly from its windows. Free parking in front of the house.
