Spacious two-bedroom apartment (73 square meters) with basic furniture offered for rent during the IAAF World Championships.
The apartment easily sleeps five persons: there is a double bed in the main bedroom, a single bed in the smaller bedroom and a comfortable pull-out couch in the living room. Extra mattresses may be arranged if requested in advance. The equipment in the apartment includes basic furniture (beds, couch, dining table and chairs), bed linen, towels, cookware and dishes.
Price is 2500 EUR for the period between 5.-14. Aug. 2005 or 300 EUR per single night. We will also consider offers. Payment: 25% upon reservation (non-refundable), 75% on the first day of the rental period. Identity will be checked before handing out keys.
Location of object
The apartment is situated in downtown Helsinki in the Töölö region, about 500 meters from the Olympic stadium and two kilometers from the very center of Helsinki. It takes about four minutes to walk to the stadium and 12 minutes to travel to the center by tram or bus. Other services such as grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies are available right next to the apartment.
