Description of objectThere are 3 houses with totally 20 apartments. Our apartment is situated in the middle house, on the 2nd floor, against the courtyard-side.The apartment has 2 1/2 rooms and has 82 m2 area. There are a bedroom, a livingroom and a comfortable kitchen with a sitting-table and a balcony, a covering parking lot and elevator. There are also a television, radio, CD, telephone, vessel-washmachine, library, hairdryer, filter-coffee-maker. In the corridor-cupboard you will find a lot of excursion-maps and timetables. Location of objectYou will find the way to village of Gentilino easy.- If you arrive by train, it would be best to take a taxi for the first time to find. At an eight minutes ride you will arrive at the house (costs about CHF 20.--). - If you arrive by car on the highway you will leave at 'Lugano Sud'. Then you will take the direction to 'Lugano' (not 'Milano'). Then you will turn three times to your left, signalized 'Ponte Tresa'. You will drive up hill, on the top, at right is the 'Ristorante Giardino' (before arriving to the small lake of Muzzano), you turn to the left, signalized 'Motagnola / Agra'. The first village there is Gentilino. At the post-office you turn to your right, after thirty metres to your right again, that street is called 'Via Rubiana'. At Via Rubiana 6 B is the appartment entrance, to the Garage-place you go from the side 'Via Berenice', Car-Place Number 3. Town: Switzerland, Lugano/Ceresio, GentilinoGentilino is a nice village near Lugano, a seven minutes ride by car or by bus to the railwaystation or a 40 minutes walk to the town of Lugano. Situated on the hill Collina d'oro (golden hill), near Montagnola, and outside downtown it has good air and no noice.
