Description of objectThe house is situated among the hills of Nervi, far away from the traffic and the noise of the city. The only access is a “creuza”, an old typical path made of wall stones, BY MOUNTAIN BIKE, MOTORBIKE OR BY FOOT. It is a 20 minutes walk through olive trees and woods.The apartment, with independent entrance, is the ground floor of an old country-house located in a little village that was founded in 1700, called “Molinetti”. Recently restored with original materials, the flat is divided by two arcades. The authentic setting of what once was a cowshed has been conserved: the rack and the mill stones used to press olives guarantee a warm athmosphere. The apartment’s ceiling consists of wooden beams, its floor of terracotta tiles; it is composed by a 30 sqm large room, a well-appointed kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and bath decorated with marble and slate. The room is provided with a big chestwood table with 8 chairs, two double divan-beds (4 places max), two single beds, one wardrobe, satellite TV and stereo equipment. There are heating facilities.
