Description of objectOur second holiday apartment (60 square metres on two floors) is located at the end of our house with the terrace (and a winter garden of 5 square metres) towards the meadow (and a little pond).Also our second holiday apartment has a special flair created by the wooden ceiling and its natural stone walls. On the ground floor there is the kitchen (additional equipped with washing machine, microwave and toaster) with acess to the winter garden and the terrace, a dining area and a cosy living area also the bathroom. In our second holiday apartment we have installes a spiral staircase (naturally with handrail), that the two bdrooms in the upper floor don`t lost space. Therefore we advise you to travel with small luggage. In the upper floor there are two closed bed-rooms: one with double-bed and the other with double-bed and single-bed. (from Saturday to Saturday - you are asked to bring your own towels and bedsheets - because of our farm animals no dogs, please!). Location of objectThe peninsula Cotentin is Normandy`s farthest western part and next to Brittany. It is a land reaching into the sea with long sandy beaches, dunes and steep cliffs. The peninsula is green all through the year, lined with hedges, with villages, abbeys and castles of hundred of years of age.Cotentin is the land of the Camembert, the Cidre and the Calvados, a region full of traditions and far from the tourist crowds - it`s a hospitable region! Town: France, Halbinsel Cotentin, Gavray - VerOur farm 'La Vicomterie' was built about 200 years ago in the typical style of the peninsula Cotentin as a 'longère': almost 30 metres long, but only 8 metres wide and along the wind - a house built of natural stone!Our land has a size of 10000 square metres, on its bounderies there`s on one side a little stream and a pond. Our farm is on a small hill about 400 metres off the little village Ver in the heart of the nature. Thus 'La Vicomterie' is a place of relaxation!
