Description of objectOur Agriturismo is located in the heart of Tuscan country, between the charachteristic vineyards and olive groves.There are 3 apartments.On each apartment there are 2 large and comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-Dining room, 1 bathroom and outside every apartments has its own garden. Moreover, in common for the 3 apartments there is a very nice swimming-pool.Thanks to the nice position of our Agriturismo, You can easily reach Florence, Pisa, Siena, Volterra et San Gimignano. Location of objectAgriturismo IL PINO is situated in the heart of Tuscan green hills, surrounded by natural beauty of vineyards and olives groves, reflecting the unique landscape of our beautiful Tuscany. It’s located between the small and antique villages of GAMBASSI TERME, CERTALDO, MONTAIONE, CASTELFIORENTINO AND SAN GIMIGNANO.Agriturismo il PINO is an old big country house completely renovated on 2002 and divided in 3 large holidays apartments. It’s composed by 3 apartments with private swimming pool (14mt x 7mt) and private open parking. Here follows description of the 3 apartments: APARTMENT QUERCE (max 4 people) : about 60 square mt, one large kitchen – dining room, bathroom with shower, 2 larges and comfortable bedrooms. This apartment is located exactly in front of swimming pool and of the beautiful country panorama. There is a piece of garden with private barbecue, outside table and outside chairs to enjoy a wonderful dinner under the stars testing the nice flavour of our famous Tuscan wines !! APARTMENT CIPRESSO (max 4 people) : about 60 square mt, one large kitchen – dining room, bathroom with shower, 2 larges and comfortable bedrooms. This apartment is located in the upper floor of the house; one room is looking the swimming pool and the beautiful country panorama. There is a piece of private garden in front of the apartment with private barbecue, outside table and outside chairs to enjoy a wonderful dinner under the stars testing the nice flavour of our famous Tuscan wines !! APARTMENT GINEPRO (max 4 people) : about 65 square mt, one large kitchen – dining room, bathroom with shower, 2 larges and comfortable bedrooms. This apartment is located in the upper floor of the house. There is a large piece of private garden in front of the apartment with private barbecue, outside table and outside chairs to enjoy a wonderful dinner under the stars testing the nice flavour of our famous Tuscan wines !! All apartments are equipped of TV with satellite and the kitchens are furnished of all the essential things to cook and eat. Moreover, in front of the swimming-pool we furnish free of charge deckchairs and umbrella for each apartment, and free of charge linen for each apartment (change every week on Saturday). Thanks to our location, you can easily reach San Gimignano (about 15 KM), Florence (about 50 Km), Siena (about 45 Km), Pisa (about 60 Km), and Volterra (about 30 km). Holydays in our Agriturismo is well suggested for families with children, for people who are searching for relax. Close to the apartments there is also a small room always open 24 hours where you can buy self-service our own production wine, olive oil, Vin Santo (sweet wine) and eggs; in the same room you can find also a washing machine and iron. At about 5/10 Km from our Agriturismo you can easily find big alimentary supermarkets (COOP, PENNY, LIDL, PAM). PRICES - MARCH 2009 - ¤ 480 per week per apartment - APRIL 2009 - ¤ 480 per week per apartment - MAY 2009 - ¤ 480 per week per apartment - JUNE 2009 – We have available only apartment CIPRESSO from 30th May till 13th June at the price of ¤ 580 per week per apartment. - JULY 2009 – We have available only apartment CIPRESSO from 11th till 18th July 2009 at the price of ¤ 750 per week per apartment. - AUGUST 2009 – (LAST APARTMENT !!) We have available only 1 apartment from 15th till 29th we have available all apartments at the price of ¤ 750 per week per apartment. - SEPTEMBER 2009 – We are fully booked from 29th August till 12th September 2009; all the rest of September we have available all apartments at the price of ¤ 580 per week per apartment. - OCTOBER 2009 - ¤ 480 per week per apartment - NOVEMBER 2009 - ¤ 480 per week per apartment - DECEMBER 2009 - ¤ 480 per week per apartment In the price is included all electricity and water charges, furnishing of linen (change per week), use of private swimming pool (reserved only to the guests of our Agriturismo) and final cleaning of the apartment. It’s not included on the price the eventual use of heating, to be calculated on the relative consumption. Private heating for each apartment at GAS GPL. Our apartments location are exclusively minimum per one week and from Saturday till Saturday.
