Description of objectCasa Rachael is a new 1 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 4 adults. Situated in a peaceful residential area within a small private condominium of 8 apartments, with garden and pool area (main pool approx. 15 meters x 7.25 meters, plus children’s pool) with poolside shower/toilets/changing facilities. Both the garden and pool area are fenced and gated.
There is also a communal BBQ area.
The twin bedroom and lounge both have patio doors onto private terrace and garden with dining table, chairs and sun loungers. The lounge has full size bed settee with sprung mattress. The apartment has a TV with Sky free to air, BBC, ITV etc (card required for other channels), DVD/video, CD player.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine.
Weekly maid service with linen change included.
Location of objectThe area is ideal for families, couples and golfers. The beautiful sandy beaches of Castelo and Evaristo beaches are within a 10 minute walk, and the long sandy Gale beach is 1.5 km away. There are a variety of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The nearest supermarket is 0.8km also there is a small shop for basics 3 minutes walk away. The local bus stop is close by should you wish to visit Albufeira, although taxis are cheap. The nearest golf course of Salgados is 2.5km away.
Town: Portugal, Albufeira, GaleThe nearest town Albufeira (approximately 3.5 km) has both a new part and an old town, which is very quaint, with narrow cobbled streets leading down to the beaches. There are many restaurants, shops and bars catering for all tastes. There is also a newly developed marina.
As well as golf all other sports are catered for in the Algarve.
The beaches in the Algarve are stunning, and vary from small sandy coves backed by high cliffs(10 minutes walk from the apartment), to long sandy beaches backed by sand dunes (5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk) and in some cases by nature reserves, to the wild and rugged beaches of the western coast.
