There is almost no street noise and the area around the house is in great shape. There are several houses belonging to the community. All are around 1 or 2 years old. There are several small shops and restaurants within the community. The community itself is in the center of the town. In other words, step out from your luxury apartment and be in middle of the action!
The house is a brand-new sky-scraper (or let's say some pretty high building). The apartment is located on the 18th floor (out of 21 floors). The provided view from the living room or balcony is just fantastic!
