Description of objectAbout the house, it's 110 m2. There are three private rooms, a living room, seperate kitchen and bathroom.
For the night; double sized beds exists in two private rooms along with sofas that can turned into beds in another room and living room. 6 people can easily sleep on those. On the necessity, we can provide additional air mattresses for those that doesn't mind sleeping on floor.
Location of objectThe most important advantage of this house is naturally its location. From here, you can to the center of Kadikoy district in 10 minutes by car.
Kadıköy is the western edge of Asian side in Istanbul. From the center of Kadıkoy, you can find a bus to anywhere in Istanbul, both european and antolian sides.
There is also the alternative of using sea transport to enjoy the silhouette of the city when you need to go Euroean side.
Town: Turkey, Kadiköy, FenerbahceAround the house, is quite peaceful. Except the sound of cars on the main street.
Also, proud to mention that citizens of kadikoy is considered to be the most educated in the city. That means, your livingspace is safe-and-sound, beautiful too. You can visit parks or sea-side for a good morning walk and get your stuff for breakfast on local store. Oh, there's also a greengrocer and liquor store just under the apartment.
