Description of objectCasa Vicino Rita is a recently converted cantina annexed to an old farmhouse. It is a charming little one up one down set in 1.4 hectares of olives, fruit trees and garden. It has loads of outdoor living space and superb views.Location of objectCasa Vicino Rita is a private little house with it's own cooking and eating area outdoors.It has a living room / kitchen downstairs and a double bedroom with en suite up. It has high beamed ceilings. The kitchen has hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and is equiped for 4. It is simple and comfortable. A DVD player is provided as well as games, puzzles, and plenty of books. The bedroom has a big comfy double bed and the shower room is beatifully tiled and has polished wood floors, like the bedroom. As well as the eating area beside the house there is a bigger outside kitchen, BBQ, firepit and splash pool that visitors are welcome to use. There is seating all about the garden where visitors can relax in sun or shade. There is also a natural pond with goldfish, carp and all sorts of other wildlife Town: Italy, Ascoli Piceno, FaleroneFalerone is a medieval hill town and the site of a Roman settlement. Many remains may to be explored, here and at other sites nearby.It is situated half way (approx 30 mins) between the sandy beaches of the Adriatic and the Sibilini National Park. The mountains provide a superb backdrop. The flora and fauna is a delight with animals such as deer, wild boar, hare, porcupine, marten etc abounding. As well as those with rural and historic interests, shoppers will also find Le Marche a joy since as well as local markets many famous desigers have workshops and factory outlets hidden away here. Not to forget food and wine. There are numerous wine producers and specialist makers of cheese and all kinds of cooked meats. All can be tried in the local restaurants at modest prices.
