The apartments are situated on the top and ground floors of a residential complex, built in 2001, in the small village of Esquinzo in the south of Fuerteventura.
A spectacular location only 3 minutes walk to the blue flag beach.
There is a 20 m. swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun beds in the grounds.

Please note:
Sorry, unsuitable for children and wheelchair users, a favourite of senior citizens.
Suitable for beach, golf, hiking,and sport holidays, relaxing and romantic holidays.

Location of object

TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT TO ESQUINZO 70 km.
You should organise your own transport from the airport to Esquinzo and return.
A2B transfer.com run an inexpensive transfer service, about 40 Euro return per person.
The 10 bus goes from the airport to Morro Jable, not very frequently. In Jandia you can change to a local bus to Esquinzo, costs total ca. 10 Euro per person.
A taxi from Jandia to Esquinzo costs ca. 8 Euro.
A taxi from the airport to Esquinzo costs ca. 90 Euro.
You can also hire a car at the airport.

DIRECTIONS
Drive southwards on the motorway FV-2 in the direction of Morro Jable. After passing Costa Calma take the exit 79 Butihondo. Drive towards Esquinzo, following the signs for Farmacia, the chemist shop.

Christine will meet you at the Farmacia and bring to your nearby apartment, only 1 minute walk away.

Esquinzo is a quiet village above the 21 km. golden beach, between Costa Calma and Morro Jable.
There is a small supermarket, 3 restaurants, 3 beach bars,a cafe-bar, a chemist shop, a cash machine and a tourist shop.
Every 30 minutes, a bus goes to the town of Morro Jable. You can also walk to Morro Jable, 8 km. by the beach. Esquinzo beach has fine golden sand, perfect for swimming.

Marina Playa: German-Canarian cuisine, overlooking the sea!
Safari Cafe-Bar: internet, sport TV, snacks, ices, superb cocktails, music and dancing on the pretty terrace! Very friendly owner and staff!

SHOPPING
You can walk by the beach to the Ventura shopping centre, ca. 2km. where there is a large supermarket and return with your shopping on the local bus.
Morro Jable: a larger supermarket, and a town market, with fresh fish and local produce.
African market every Thursday 9.30-13.00, in Jandia: kitsch, leather goods,lace.

Esquinzo: beach hike to Costa Calma, ca. 2 hours.
Morro Jable: boat trips along the coast. Punta de Jandia and Cafete.
Betancuria: the old capital of the island. La Lajita: Oasis Park.
Lanzarote: boat trip, volcanoes, Cesar Manrique, and much more.
Gran Canaria: ferry from Morro Jable to Las Palmas daily.

The apartments have security entrance doors. Please ensure that you close the two balcony doors securely.
Compensation will be required for damage to the apartment or any contents, or for loss of keys or swimming pool card.
Sorry, no pets, and smoking and candles only on the terrace, please.
A car is not necessary, but parking space is available.
Arrival and departure is possible any day of the week.
Prices include water, electricity and the agent's 20% fee.
