Description of objectBrand new, beautifully furnished apartment located in a quiet area of Emba. The apartment is appointed to a very high standard and is ideal for a relaxing family holiday or for couples. Located on a small and pretty complex, it has a communal pool, a large sunbathing area with sun loungers and umbrellas and gardens. Shared pool, Air – conditioned, Quiet area yet only 10 mins to Paphos and Coral Bay.The open plan living/dining area has a three seater and two seater sofa, large coffee table, large TV and DVD player. The dining area has a dining table and 6 chairs. Patio doors lead to the veranda with table and chairs for al fresco dining and relaxing. The fitted kitchen leads off of the dining area and benefits from top of the range eye level electric oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The kitchen contains a full range of equipment and utencils as well as iron/ironing board, clothes airer etc. Bedroom 1 - The Master bedroom consists of a double bed, large fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is a door leading to the outside veranda which leads onto the sun terrace and communal pool area. Bedroom 2 - The second Bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobes. Patio doors lead onto an outside balcony and small private garden area. Bathroom/s Bathroom 1 - En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 consists of a walk in shower, WC and hand basin. Bathroom 2 - has a bath with overhead shower and screen, WC, hand basin and vanity unit. Location of objectEmba village is situated between Paphos and Coral Bay. Paphos and Coral bay resort with their beaches, restaurants and bars are a 10 minute drive away.Tsada Golf course is 15 min drive from Paphos and Secret Valley is approximately 18km from Paphos towards Limassol. Nearby villages Chlorakas, Kissonerga and Lempa are 5 minutes away and all have tavernas, small supermarkets etc. The beautiful coastal villages of Polis and Latchi are approximately 30/40 min drive. Various watersports and boat trips are available in Kato Paphos and Coral Bay and a Waterpark and Aquarium are just some of the tourist attractions available in and around Paphos. There are hundreds of restaurants and tavernas serving traditional meze or International cuisine. The picturesque harbour and fortress is home to an array of fish tavernas. Town: Cyprus, Paphos, EmbaPaphos is the cernte for tourism in Cyprus and has beautiful beaches, golf courses, sight seeing/places of interest and a sking resort. Paphos airport is 25 minute drive.
