Description of objectApartments for Rent in Robinson beach Vacation Complex, Elenite ResortThe apartments in Robinson beach complex are brand new, stylish and extremely comfortable for a long stay or for a short break during the summer season. They are located a few steps away from the wide stretched beach and the sea, many of which have panoramic sea views. A small part of the apartments are situated overlooking the forest, which begins just behind the complex. The combination of sea, golden sand and forest in the resort of Elenite ensures complete relaxation in nature. The quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the good service in Robinson beach vacation complex contribute further to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the beach. The apartments with two bedrooms (4 +2) have a living room with kitchen and dining room, sharing one common area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, ceramic hob and hood, kettle. It provides dining sets for four, as well as utensils for cooking. There is a dining table for four and a luxury furniture for rest and relaxation. The sofa bed in the living room is comfortable enough for sleeping of two people. The living room is bright and cozy, with a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea or overlooking the forest. The first bedroom is equipped with comfortable double bed and the second one features two twin beds, wardrobe and dresser. All apartments are air conditioned. Bathrooms are equipped with showers. At the guests or tenants disposal are iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, satellite TV. We offer custom suites with sea view and suites overlooking the park or forest. General policy: Regular Check-in time is from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. For late arrivals (after 8 p.m.) a fee of 15 EUR is extra charged upon check in. The check out time is from 9 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. Before and after that time a surcharge is applicable. By room use between 2 pm and 6 pm the guest is paying extra 50% of the regular room rate. Special requirements: 1) Minimum stay of 3 days is required in the periods May, June, September and October. 2) Minimum stay of a week during July and August is required. Shorter stay may be booked upon availability. Payments shall be made in cash, bank transfer, credit or debit card. Deposit of 200 BGN for damages may be requested by the officer at the reception upon arrival . This deposit will be returned before the departure of guests in full in case of no any loss or damages are noticed. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- General Deposit, Cancellation and No-show Policy: Deposit: A deposit of 30% of total cost is required at booking. Cancellation: For cancellations made between 0 and 14 days before the arrival date a penalty equal to 30% of total stay will be applied. For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date a penalty equal to 20% of total stay will be applied. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date no penalty will be applied. No-Show: No-shows are subject to a penalty equal to 30% of total stay. Important! All bank fees are at tourists' expense even in case of reservation's cancellation. |
