The 3 Story Beachhome Hacienda Villa del Cuyo was built in the mexican colonial style on a Beachfront lot with over 23 Palmtrees.
You can either rent the whole house ( 2300ft2, up tp 12 guests)
or just the Groundfloor ( 1300 ft2, up to 6 guests), or the Penthouse ( 1300 ft2, up to 6 guests).
The Groundfloor i recommend for families with small children or couples that are looking for peace, relaxation and recuperation right on the beach and the ocean.
The Groundfloor of Hacienda Villa del Cuyo has a fully equipped kitchen with Breakfastbar, Diningroom Table, Livingroom with Sofa, Bathroom with Shower and WC. It also has an outsideshower when you come from the beach.
The Beachfront Terrace has a 250 ft2 mayan Palapa that gives you wonderful shade right on the beach, Loungechairs for 4 people and a table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy Breakfasts, lunches and dinner in a uncomparable beachfront location.
12 Palmtrees in front of the house give you additional shade.
Also will you be able to see the daily sunrises and sunsets over the ocean , and be able to start your morning walks on the beach right from there.

Location of object

Before you rent one of my beach houses, i would like to tell you a
bit about myself, the homes and where they are located.
I moved from Germany to Cancun 14 years ago and work in big
hotels...10 years ago i found 2 unpolished jewels on the beach of
Puerto del Cuyo and felt in love with the area.
We remodeled them in time and with patience to what became our and
others favorite hideaway, where it is possible to relax and enjoy
the beach and the warm climate. its away from the masses on a
beautiful quiet beach, only 1200 ft away from the main square of the
town, restaurants, bakery, church, internet, Golf cart rental,
Atw´s, etc....
The towns streets are all still pure sand, similar like in Holbox or
San Pedro and gives it a cozy and laid back feeling. The locals are
friendly, respectful and hospitable like in the other places you
visited in México..
Prices of the local stores are inexpensive and the goods are fresh.
My caretakers Martha and Delmy clean the house, help you out with
any other things you need and even cook for you.

Puerto del Cuyo is one of the few Mexican towns that has hundreds
and hundreds of coconut Palm trees on the beach and thru out the
village....
you may recharge your batteries in a hammock on the beachfront
terrace, visit Mayan ruins like Chichen Itza, Ek Balam, ..or
colonial towns. you can do as much or as little as you like...
The beach in Puerto del Cuyo is approx 29 km or 20 miles....sandy ,
no rocks and surrounded by palm trees, perfect for strolling along
and collecting seashells.
The water is calm and shallow, perfect for children.... with no
currents or undertow.
on the other side of the town is the freshwater lagoon of Ria
Lagartos with over 20000 pink flamingos.
From April thru October you will be able to swim with the giant
Whale sharks and Watch the big sea turtles laying their eggs in the
warm sand of Puerto del Cuyo.....Found what you were looking for?
