Description of objectHello. We would like to welcome you in our comfortable, clean and very well furnished NON-SMOKERs and PETS-FREE flat. Best alternative soloution to a small hotel room by stay AT LEAST FROM 3 DAYS ON. Close to ehibition centre (fair) 'Westfalenhalle', University , soccer (or football) stadium, Technology Centre, Städtische Kliniken, nice Westpark and city. We are sure: You will feel well in the flat with new noise and heat windows and shutters; a kitchen with patio door and from spring 2016 on with own terrace in front of the kitchen. Possible to have barbacue on the second terrace (open for all renters)on the small pond in the garden. (Furnished end of April to end of September/Beginning Oktober every year). Great flat-screen TV (40'), Safe, smoke-alarm, dishwasher, tumble-dryer and something else. Best free parking situation near the house (public from the city). House in a backstreet, partly playing street. small pond. Playgrounds, small parks, shopping centre(s), grocery, hairdresser, internetcafe, public transport and the new embellished 'Dortmunder U' (old brewery sight) and 'Thier-Galerie' are reachable by feet. The flat is equipped with modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove with ceran, extractor hood, fridge, freezer with 2 drawers. Table with 4 chairs. It´s possible to place 2 folding stools or/and 1 high chair, too, if you need.A nice open divider (half-timbered) divedes the great Lounge(about 32 m²) in two parts. The first part, we call it televison area, includes one big sofa for up to 5 persons. Big Flat-screen TV (40'). DVD player. The 2. part of lounge, we call it musik-and playing area with table football. Now you will find there a rattan sofa (possible bed ca. 150 x 200)and a relax lounger. If you would wish, party games for you and/or your children are possible to put in. Bedroom with possible wooden baby bed, if you stay longer than 10 days and if you would wish. A comfortable double bed (ca.180 x 200) with comfortable slatted frames, because head, feet and individuell whight is adjustable. Please, be so kind to let us know what you would like to have for your baby or child directly by booking. (Possible is children-highchair, nappy-change-pad, baby tumb a.s.o.) Bathroom: with tub and a temperated massage-shower in the tub (+ shower curtain.) To use the washing mashine and tumble dryer is free; you have only to use your own cleaning-powder. The washing mashine belongs exclusive to this flat and you can use it anytime. It is standing in the laundry room in the basement, where you are able to hang up the wet clothes for drying or use the tumble dryer. We offer always best prices, because only the first person has to pay the full price, the other persons only a few by more-person-occupancy! For example: first person started with 50,00 Euro/day plus 20,00 Euro for each further person per day. Long-time-renting is possible. Please ask and choose between 2 Possibilities. Internet-stick 2,00 Euro/day or max. 30,00 per month, if you would like to have. Location of objectIn a backstreet, but nevertheless very central. Only 3 kilometer (about 5-7 minutes away by car) from Westfalenhalle, where are fairs / trade-shows: best point of departure for exhibitors and visitors at fair. Only about 250 m by feet to the S-Bahn (city train) in direction to the University. The Signal-Iduna-Park (normally soccer-stadium, but sometimes used as open air for musik or something else, near by Westfalenhalle), good connection to some motorways. You can reach different shopping centers by feet. Tram (underground), city-railway and bus-stations only 2 - 4 minutes away by feet. Bakery, Discounters, Shops for basic necessities, Internet-cafe, different parks and playgrounds are near the house.Town: Germany, Westfalen, DortmundDortmund (about 580.000 inhabitors) is nearby Bochum - Essen - Duisburg - Oberhausen - Hagen - Witten - administrative district Arnsberg .Dortmund airport is in Dortmund-Wickede/Aplerbeck. In Dortmund you meet best traffic system, bus- and tram - stations. Many historic buildings, a harbour, a brand new built see on a formerly brownfield land (called: Phoenix-See), some nice events the whole year.
