Description of objectHello. We would like to welcome you in our comfortable, clean and very well furnished NON-SMOKERs and PETS-FREE flat. Best alternative soloution to a small hotel room by stay from 3 days at least. Close to ehibition centre (fair) 'Westfalenhalle', University , soccer (or football) stadium, Technology Centre, Städtische Kliniken, nice Westpark and city. We are sure: You will feel well in the flat and also by relaxing or having barbacue in the garden. You will meet a lot of new pieces of furniture in 2011! Great flat-screen TV (40"), W-Lan, Safe. Best free parking situation near the house (public from the city). House in a backstreet, partly playing street. Garden with garden furniture* (*normally April to end of Oktober), terrace, barbecue and small pond. Special 'smokers-corner' in the garden. Shutters for all great windows in direction to the backstreet. Playgrounds, small parks, shopping centre(s), grocery, hairdresser, internetcafe, public transport and the new embellished 'Dortmunder U' (old brewery sight) and 'Thier-Galerie' are reachable by feet. The flat is equipped with modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove with ceran, extractor hood, fridge, freezer with 2 drawers. Table with 4 chairs. It´s possible to place 2 folding stools or/and 1 high chair, too, if you need.
A nice open divider (half-timbered) divedes the great Lounge(about 32 m²) in two parts. The first part, we call it televison area, includes one big sofa for up to 8 persons and a small sitting group for 2 persons. It´s possible to switch the big sofa into a bed (about 125 x 200.) Now there is a big Flat-screen TV (40"). DVD player. New equipped in 2011: the 2. part of lounge, we call it musik-and playing area. Now you will find there a rattan sofa (possible bed ca. 150 x 200) a nice single sofa with slatted frame (about 85 x 195) and a relax lounger. Some party games are waiting for you and/or your children. You are able to play on the standing table football (not only for the children!). Hifi- Music with great speakers. You can take your own MP3 music and connect it there.
Bedroom with wooden baby bed. A comfortable double bed (ca.180 x 200) with comfortable slatted frames, because head, feet and individuell whight is adjustable. Now more room to place there our second (folding/travelling)baby bed (= cot) for a child up to about 2-3 years, if you need. Free of charge, of course! Please, be so kind to let us know what you would like to have for your baby or child directly by booking. (Possible is children-highchair, nappy-change-pad, baby tumb a.s.o.) Bathroom: with tub and a temperated massage-shower in the tub (+ shower curtai.) To use the washing mashine and tumble dryer is free; you have only to use your own cleaning-powder. The washing mashine belongs exclusive to this flat and you can use it anytime. It is standing in the laundry room in the basement, where you are able to hang up the wet clothes for drying or use the tumble dryer.
We offer always best prices, because only the first person has to pay the full price, the other persons only a few by more-person-occupancy! For example: first person started with 35,--(high season max. 43,00) Euro/day plus 13,-- Euro (highest 15,00 Euro/day) for each further person per day. Having the whole great flat for only 1 single person started from 38,50 Euro/day, (highest 48,00). Long-time-renter: monthly up from 950,-- Euro for the 1. person, plus 150,-- Euro for each further person/month. W-Lan 2,00 Euro/day or max. 30,00 per month, if you would like to have.
Location of objectIn a backstreet, but nevertheless very central. Only 3 kilometer (about 5-7 minutes away by car) from Westfalenhalle, where are fairs / trade-shows: best point of departure for exhibitors and visitors at fair. Only about 250 m by feet to the S-Bahn (city train) in direction to the University. The Signal-Iduna-Park (normally soccer-stadium, but sometimes used as open air for musik or something else, near by Westfalenhalle), good connection to some motorways. You can reach different shopping centers by feet. Tram (underground), city-railway and bus-stations only 2 - 4 minutes away by feet. Bakery, Discounters, Shops for basic necessities, Internet-cafe, different parks and playgrounds are near the house.

Visit our brand new brewery centre 'Dortmunder U' (reachable by feet!) or the 'Thier-Galerie', the zoo, the Westfalenpark with th famous television tower (called Florian-Turm)with turning gourmet restaurant in the high and stunning view all over Dortmund an the whole nearer area, the Westfalenhalle, Signal-Iduna-Park (soccer), the new concert-house, the church of the holy Reinoldus (Reinoldikirche) or some other buildings and museums.
