Description of objectThis brand new apartment complex is located just 150 metres from the shores of Lake Como and boasts comfortable apartments with all modern amenities.
The Residence is comprised of 11 spacious, modern and practical apartments . The furnishings are new, tasteful and functional. The first floor apartments also feature a small, balcony/garden.
Spend long days strolling in the attractive gardens, relaxing in the swimming pool or watching your children have fun in the play area.
All you need to relax in comfortable surroundings – this brand new residence on Lake Como is situated only 150 metres from the beach and consists of 11 comfortable apartments. The residence was built in 2006 and features cosy and modern en suite apartments with a size of 40/52 mē. The apartments on the ground floor have a small garden and those on the first floor have a small balcony or a private seat in the garden. All guests can use the beautiful garden with pool (10 x 5 x 1.5 metres, open from 1st April until 7th October), the sun lounges and the small bar. The hotel has a children’s play ground as well as an underground car park.
Location of objectThe apartments are equipped with: open plan kitchen (oven), 1 living/diningroom (double sofa bed, satellite TV), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet.
Most of the apartments have two or three rooms and a size of about 40 mē. They have a combined living and bedroom as well as a dining room with kitchen and a bathroom. The apartments are modern and functional and equipped with all common facilities. Bedding and towels are provided as well as a baby’s high chair (free of charge, subject to availability – please request beforehand).
Town: Italy, Comersee, DomasoDomaso is located on the north side of Lake Como, it has ancient heritage and has preserved its historical values well. Today the village is one of the largest tourist areas of Lake Como, where you can enjoy all kinds of water sports. The mountains surrounding the lake give great outdoor recreation possibilities, such as nature walks and mountain biking. Thanks to the ski resorts of Madesimo and Valtellina, which are nearby, Residence I Gelsi is ideal for winter holidays as well as summer breaks.
