Our Farm house is located within the historic village of Diano San Pietro just 3 km from the splendid Ligurian Sea and the beaches of Diano Marina, San Bartolomeo al Mare.

Diano San Pietro is located in the hinterland of Diano Marina, 3 km from the sea and 9 km from Imperia.
The inhabitants are living in 1058, called 'Sampietresi' in local dialect 'Sampeotti'.
The main activity is production of the excellent 'Taggiasca' olive oil.
Diano San Pietro is a starting point for the ascent of the Peak Evigno (988 m asl)
The parish church, dedicated to St. Peter the Apostle, seems to have been built on the ruins of a Roman temple dedicated to the goddess Diana.
The oldest structure still exists, in part, the baptistery, the fifth century., While the bell tower, Romanesque-style Provençal, dating from the twelfth century.
