Description of objectA home from home, the apartment is on a private residential community of villas & apartments.The first floor apartment is situated in the quiet part of the complex within the villas.There is a large private terrace (not attached to neighbouring apartments) offering wonderful uninterrupted sea views & all day sunshine from sunrise to sunset complete with patio furniture, parasol and 2 sunbeds with mattresses.The beach is 250 metres away reached by a private gate leading to the newly completed promenade which links to the main resort.
The complex has one large,one children's and one paddling pool ( no lifeguard) with plentiful sunbeds around the terraces.
Accomodation comprises a large twin bedroom with a safe ( takes a third bed from the lounge if required),refurbished full bath /shower room, open plan refurbished kitchen / diner complete with fridge, microwave, full oven / 4 ring ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, cooler bag and full range of crockery,glasses, cutlery, picnic ware etc.
The spacious lounge has 2 large twin sofa beds accomodating upto an additional 3 persons with an additional wardobe for guests sleeping in the lounge.
There is an iron / ironing board, TV with BBC1,BBC2,ITV1and Channel 4 and a DVD player (please bring own dvds), stereo, hairdryer & sewing kit. Board games, books & cds for use (bring your own as well). We have a travel cot and a full size cot and high chair is available for hire
A smoke detector,fire blanket, fire extinguisher & first aid kit are within the apartment for your safety and comfort.
There is a restaurant, pool bar, coffee shop and tennis court within the complex.
Several other bars, restaurants/shops /bank are within 50 metres.More nightlife is a 15-20 minutes walk at the main resort areas.The apartment is 2km from the golf course and aquapark.
Transfer time from Arrecife airport is approx 15mins and a taxi costs approx 18 euros

As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, golf courses and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
