It is immersed in the green hills of the Marche Region, 15 minutes away from the beach of the Riviera delle Palme. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 7,000 meters, with swimming pool and is positioned on a sun-drenched hill that enjoys lovely panoramic views. Villa Antonia is the ideal place to spend a holiday on the beach, in the country and touring the small medieval villages of the south of Marche. At Villa Antonia you enjoy the nature, the privacy and exclusive tranquility of a paceful environment, the comfort of nearby services and amenities. At Villa Antonia you can rent an independent apartment. You can walk in the garden and discover its charmings corners, swim and sunbathe, and pick fuit and herbs. APARTMENTS At Villa Atonia there are two large independent apartments. One on the ground floor with portico, the other on the first floor with a panoramic terrace. Apartment Il Mirto It is on the entire first floor with a panoramic terrace and independent access to the garden. It has sunny, comfortable rooms and comprises two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen ,two bathrooms, one very spacious with shower, and the other with a bathtub. Every room has aTV. The terrace, where you can eat, sunbathe, read and relax outdoor, is fitted with electric sunshade. The whole apartment overlooks the garden, towards the Apennines. It has air conditioned and a washing machine. Accomodation max 6 persons. GARDEN Villa Antonia is surrounded by a very large garden on a hill. Elms, plum trees, pine trees, palms, cypresses, olive trees, limes and other fruit trees, give shade in the sunny summers From the garden you can admire the hills, the countryside, some farm houses and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Sibillini Mountains. SWIMMING POOL The sun-drenched swimming pool is surrounded by pine trees, oleanders, and exotic plants. It is on a terrace facing south with solarium and shower. Location of objectTHE ADRIATIC SEAVilla Antonia is only 15 minutes away from the beach of The Riviera delle Palme, one of the most beautiful and famous of the Adriatic coast. There are sandy white beaches, suitable for everybody. The sea is transparent and has been awarded with blue flag, internationaql award by F.E.E., index of high standards regarding water quality, environmental management, safety & services and environmentalbehaviour. The nearest beaches are in Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto, Cupra Marittima. THE AREA Above the medieval villages of Cossignano, Castignano, Offida, Ripatransone, Acquaviva Picena and many others, very close to Villa Antonia there is the ancient Ascoli Piceno, called the travertine city. Piazza Arringo with the Cathedral where you can admire polyptych by Carlo Crivelli, the Pinacoteca with its masterpieces, Piazza del Popolo, one of the most charming in Italy, with the Church of Saint Francesco, and the old Meletti Café, are only some of the beautiful sights you can enjoy. Town: Italy, Riviera delle Palme, CossignanoCossignano is a small but beautiful hilltop village about 15km inland from Grottammare in southern Le Marche.The village has maintained its ancient historic centre and is a wonderful example of a typical rural Italian village. It has a small but interesting central Piazza with a wonderful old church, comune offices and a lovely French style bar. Just off the Piazza are several small artisan shops and in the village outskirts there is a more recently built area with many small shops including restaurants, bars and food shops.Cossignano with a population of just over 1000 inhabitants is situated in the heart of the D.O.C wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil producing countryside. From every vantage point in the village one can admire the hillsides covered with vineyards, olive groves, woodland and yellow fields of wheat and sunflowers.
