Now there is once more the opportunity to enjoy the sun on the large balcony set directly on the canal, take a swim around the block and the beautiful architecture. Everything just fifteen minuttes from the city centre by bike, the city bus or the water bus docking right around the corner .
Location of objectThe apartment is located right on the canal. The water is great for a swim and adds clean fresh air and a beautiful athmosphere to the apartment.
City bus no 30 departs every half hour from the block to the central station. The water bus (also right outside the block) sails you through the harbour to Nyhavn, the old beautiful harbour of Copenhagen, right in the centre. By bicycle you can reach city centre in fifteen minuttes or the beautiful green areas in this southside of the Copenhagen harbour.
Town: Denmark, Copenhagen, Copenhagen SVSluseholmen is located in a new area in Copenhagen inspired by the Dutch building tradition where water is the essential element in the canal community.
The atmosphere varies between an intimate canal side environment and areas characterised by a large scale and open views of the surrounding harbour environment. The houses are frequently located right next to the canals, while the bridges, wharfs and waterside steps allow residents to get close to the water and dip their toes in it.
