Description of objectIl Piccolo Capriccio is a lovely small villa on two levels halfway between the coastal road and the center of Conca dei Marini in a quiet position. From the road you get to the entrance of the house with approx. 40 confortable steps. From the terrace and the balcony of the house and every window you can enjoy a spectacular sea-view and to the beach. The beach is at approx. 1 km and can be reached through stairways, typical for the villages of the Amalficoast. Nearby to Piccolo Capriccio, at approx. 5 minutes walk, there is a paid parking area, where you can book a parking space. Another parking area withe spaces along the road starts at 100m from the houseThe apartment is located on two levels. The entrance is upstairs and there are two double bedrooms (one double bed can be divided into two single beds), bathroom with tub/shower and a terrace with table and chairs. Downstairs is the living room with sofa-bed for two children, a second bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a long balcony in front of the living room. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the two bedrooms, washing machine, kitchen with 4-flame-gas-stoves, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, hairdryer, iron and iron-board and TV.
