Description of objectThe house is immersed in a flowery and fruits garden, just outside Chiavari city centre, along the east Ligurian coast. An independent apartment is available at the first floor of this house, for 4/5 people. The apartment is provided by an equipped kitchen and bathroom, two double rooms and a spacious dining room. A lovely and cosy balcony and a portion of the front garden arranged with gazebo and table complete the apartment. Car parking available beside the house. Bikes provided by the landlady for to easily circulate around the village area.
Location of objectThe house is strategically positioned either to reach the beach and the hilly countryside, so rich in naturalistic and cultural itineraries.
